1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SaaS Factory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SaaS Factory is an AI-powered software generation platform that creates production-ready code, documentation, and related materials ("Deliverables") based on your submitted requirements ("Input").

3. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All code and documentation is generated by artificial intelligence systems
  • While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or require modification
  • You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all Deliverables before use in production
  • We do not guarantee that Deliverables will be error-free or suitable for your specific purpose

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

By using our Service, you agree to the following confidentiality provisions:

  • Pricing Confidentiality: All pricing, quotes, and estimates provided to you are confidential business information. You agree not to disclose, share, or discuss our pricing with any third party, including but not limited to competitors, potential customers, or public forums.
  • Proprietary Information: Our estimation algorithms, pricing models, and business processes are trade secrets. Any attempt to reverse-engineer or disclose these is strictly prohibited.
  • Duration: These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of your use of the Service and continue indefinitely.
  • Breach: Violation of these confidentiality provisions may result in immediate termination of services and legal action for damages.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete requirements
  • Review and test all Deliverables before deployment
  • Not submit requirements that violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Not use the Service to generate malicious, harmful, or illegal software
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Maintain confidentiality of all pricing information

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to your Input (requirements, specifications, business logic). By submitting Input, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing the Service.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and all intellectual property rights to the generated Deliverables. You may use, modify, and distribute them without restriction.

7. Payment Terms

  • Prices are calculated based on project complexity analysis and are confidential
  • All payments are final once generation begins
  • We accept PayPal, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin
  • Cryptocurrency payments are subject to network confirmation

8. Support Terms

Post-Completion Support

Each project includes a support period following delivery:

  • Support begins on the date of Deliverables download
  • During this period, we will address:
    • Clarifications about the generated code
    • Guidance on deployment and configuration
    • Bug fixes for issues in the generated code (not your modifications)
  • Support does not include:
    • Modifications or new features
    • Issues caused by your changes to the code
    • Third-party integration issues beyond our generated code
    • Hosting, infrastructure, or deployment services

Extended Warranty (Optional)

Extended support and warranty options may be available for an additional fee:

  • Extended support period beyond the standard inclusion
  • Priority response times
  • Additional modifications or enhancements
  • Terms and pricing for extended warranty are provided upon request

9. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are non-binding
  • Delivery includes source code, documentation, and deployment guides
  • Files are delivered via secure download link
  • You are responsible for downloading Deliverables within 30 days of notification

10. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment if generation has not started
  • No refunds after generation has begun, as AI resources are committed
  • If Deliverables are substantially different from specifications, we will re-generate at no cost

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of Deliverables in production
  • We are not liable for third-party service outages (payment processors, etc.)

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Deliverables will meet your specific requirements
  • Generated code will be free of bugs or security vulnerabilities

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, including breach of confidentiality provisions. Upon termination, you retain rights to any paid-for Deliverables, but all confidentiality obligations remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
